Our Team

Eliany is a criminal defence lawyer who brings a detail oriented and analytical approach to her practice. She holds an Honours Degree in History from Toronto Metropolitan University and earned her law degree with First Class Honours from The University of Law – London Bloomsbury.

Eliany has gained hands-on courtroom experience representing clients in a variety of criminal matters. She has assisted in bail hearings, appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, and argued motions, while also working extensively on Charter applications.

Her practice involves defending clients charged with a range of offences, including assault, impaired driving, theft, drug offences, and other Criminal Code matters. 

Eliany has developed strong skills in criminal procedure, legal research, drafting, courtroom advocacy, and client communication, and works diligently to ensure every client’s case is thoroughly prepared and strategically defended.

Eliany is committed to providing diligent, fearless, and compassionate representation. She understands that navigating the criminal justice system can be overwhelming and strives to ensure that clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their defence throughout the legal process.

Beyond her legal practice, Eliany has volunteered teaching ESL to Spanish speaking newcomers at a local community centre, helping individuals build confidence and integrate into their communities. Outside of work, she enjoys music, interior design and is an avid fan of baseball and hockey.
